Get your app
in the stores

We publish apps from other developers in the App Store and on Google Play, under our store name, Kalix Labs. You might be one person with a great idea or a company with a finished product. Either way, we'd like to see what you've built.

01 · Who it's for

Any size team

We care about the app. How many people built it doesn't matter to us.

// Solo developer

Just you

You built it on nights and weekends. Now the stores want test groups, forms and ID checks before anyone can download it. Send it to us and we'll take it from there.

// Small studio

A finished app

Your team would rather keep coding than fight with store forms. We handle the listing, the submission and the compliance work.

// Company

A new product

You run an established business and want to launch a new app without opening and maintaining new store accounts.

02 · The hard part

Why launching is hard

Building the app is only half of it. A new developer account has to clear a lot of requirements before an app goes live, and plenty of good apps stall right there.

On your own

  • Google Play's testing rule. If your personal developer account is new, Google makes you run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 days in a row before you can even ask to launch. If testers drop off, you can end up starting over.
  • Verification. Both stores check your identity, and business accounts need a DUNS number before you can publish.
  • Forms. A privacy policy, Google's Data safety form, Apple's privacy labels, content ratings and permission declarations.
  • Rejections. Miss one guideline and you go back into review, often losing weeks.

With us

  • No testing wait. Your app goes out through our existing developer accounts, so you don't need 12 testers for 14 days first. It can go straight to production on Google Play.
  • Accounts ready. You don't need to open new developer accounts, pay their fees or go through verification.
  • Paperwork handled. We write the store listing and fill in the privacy forms, ratings and declarations. We've done it many times.
  • Checked before we submit. We go through your app against Apple's and Google's rules first, so it has a good shot at passing the first time.

One thing to be clear about: every app still goes through Apple's App Review and Google Play's policy review, ours included. What you skip is the account setup, the testing wait for new accounts and a lot of trial and error.

03 · How it works

From your build to the store

  1. Send it in

    Tell us about your app and send a build, a TestFlight invite or a video.

  2. Security review

    We test it and look at its permissions, how it handles data and its privacy policy.

  3. Agree on terms

    Ownership, revenue share and who handles updates, all in writing before anything goes live.

  4. We publish

    Your app goes live in the App Store and on Google Play under Kalix Labs.

  5. Keep growing

    We work through updates, store support and user feedback together.

04 · What we look for

Original and secure

// 01

Something new

An app that solves a real problem, or does a familiar job a lot better. We don't publish copies of apps that already exist.

// 02

Safe with data

It asks only for the permissions it needs, protects people's data and doesn't track them behind their back. Our name goes on it, so this matters to us.

// 03

Ready to use

It works on iPhone, Android or both, you own the rights to it, and you plan to keep improving it.

05 · Questions

Common questions

Whose name is in the store?

The developer name on the listing is Kalix Labs, which is the name we publish all our apps under. How you get credited, in the app description or inside the app, is something we agree on together.

Do I keep ownership of my app?

That's your choice. We can be your publishing partner while you keep ownership, or we can buy the app outright, the way we bought StuffSensei from a small team of developers in early 2026. We write up each deal separately.

Can I really skip Google's testing rule?

The rule of 12 testers for 14 days applies to new personal developer accounts. Apps we publish go out through our existing developer accounts, so it doesn't apply to them. Your app still has to pass Google's regular policy review.

What about Apple?

Apple has no testing period like that, but every app goes through App Review and Apple's guidelines are strict. We prepare and submit your app and answer any questions from the review team.

What won't you publish?

Apps that collect data they don't need, hide tracking or ads, copy someone else's work or break store rules. If we wouldn't put it on our own phones, we won't publish it.

Submit your app

Email us the app's name, which platforms it runs on, a short description, a link to a build, TestFlight invite or demo video, and a little about you or your team.
